Live power quality analysis

See your power
quality, clearly.

Chitam turns raw meter captures into analysed charts, harmonics and a full power quality report. Draw the single line diagram, clamp your meters, upload, and get the study your engineers used to build by hand — from any standard power analyser.

The three phases rise, dip and spike unevenly across the capture — that variation, sag and imbalance is exactly what a power quality study measures.

How a power quality study is measured

From clamping a meter on the switchboard to a finished report — the real workflow, one step at a time.

Clamp the meter

An engineer connects a power analyser at the incomer, transformer or panel — voltage leads on each phase and a CT clamp snapped around every conductor.

  • Voltage test leads on L1, L2, L3 and neutral
  • Split-core CT clamps measure current without breaking the circuit
  • The meter is left safely inside the panel for the whole capture

Record the capture

The meter logs voltage, current, frequency, power factor, kW / kvar / kVA and harmonics at a fixed interval — from a 30-minute snapshot to a multi-day study — building up thousands of samples.

  • Interval set to match the study length (1 s … 60 s)
  • Every parameter logged on all three phases at once
  • Harmonic orders HA2–HA25 captured per line

Upload the data

Point Chitam at the file your meter produced and it takes over — reading the capture, understanding the meter's format automatically, and preparing every parameter for analysis. No manual formatting, no spreadsheets.

  • Any meter format is recognised automatically
  • Every phase and every parameter mapped in one pass
  • Your original capture is always kept, safe and unchanged

Read the report

In seconds, Chitam turns the capture into the study your engineers used to build by hand — every power quality parameter charted, benchmarked and ready to share. What took days of spreadsheet work is done automatically.

  • Voltage, current, frequency, power factor and THD — all three phases
  • Full harmonic spectrum, HA2–HA25 per line
  • Max / Min / Avg summary and a print-ready PDF report
